Edith J. Carrier Arboretum Engagement Session | Lora & Zach
Lora and Zach’s engagement session was such an enjoyable shoot. I love working with couples who are up for anything! We just walked and talked, spending time getting to know each other and I have the privilege of learning about their love for each other.
Lora and Zach actually met at their co-worker’s wedding! Lora works in finance and Zach is a firefighter and believe me, they’re a perfect match for each other. Zach is kind and thoughtful and Lora is attentive and caring. After meeting, they became best friends who couldn’t do life without each other! They both love fishing, kayaking, and always have fun together.
We walked around the Edith J. Carrier Arboretum and reminisced on how they met and fell In love. We discussed their magical springtime wedding. Their love for each other and having fun together was incredibly clear on this night. It was such a relaxing and go-with-the-flow kind of evening and I’m so happy to have been able to get to know Zach and Lora.
The Arboretum’s flowers were a great accent to the springtime weather and to Lora’s nails! The weather was kind enough to cooperate and I’m so glad it did. The photos turned out simple, beautiful, and truly showed off their love for each other. We even had the privilege of momma and baby ducks joining us for a while. I spent some time getting a few photos of the fuzzy baby ducks and florals to complement their portraits.
Their proposal was on the beach and a complete surprise to Lora and their best friends! Zach’s thoughtfulness and Lora’s friendliness made for a perfect night with them. Thank you, Zach and Lora, for a quality evening, cheers to many more years of laughter and fun!
